Elegant Enterprise-Wide Solutions, Inc. (Elegant Solutions) has been awarded a contract under the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Deliverables-Based Information Technology Services (DBITS) program. This award authorizes Elegant Solutions to provide a wide range of IT services to Texas state agencies, local governments, and educational institutions through the DIR Cooperative Contracts Program.
